Are you having trouble sleeping? Are you worried about your lack of sleep?
Join us for a one-time introductory session all about sleep. The session facilitators will explore various types of sleep challenges where you will learn about sleep mechanics, including your Sleep Drive, Body Clock, and Arousal System. You will also be provided with techniques and tools to help improve sleep patterns and change your sleep behaviours. This is your opportunity to learn about the basics of sleep and to hear all the next-step options available to you through your local Family Health Team.
This is a one-time, two-hour session hosted virtually through Zoom.
