Tired of diets that don't work?

Change For a Healthy You is an introduction to a non-diet approach to feeling your best self. We focus on mindful and intuitive eating, enjoyable movement, and a healthy mindset for behaviour change. This is led by a Registered Dietitian.
Craving Change™ is a program for adults who struggle with problematic eating including comfort eating or eating in response to emotions. It teaches you skills to change your behaviour and make better food choices.
The goal of this program is to:

– Understand WHY you eat the way you do

– Curb your food cravings

– Change your thinking…Change your eating

Adults over the age of 18 who aspire to improve their relationship with food and body and/or who struggle with problematic eating/emotional eating.

What you can expect:


In total, this is a 5-week group program running on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm – 7pm. Week 1 is ‘Change for a Healthy You’ in-person at 1 Elizabeth St. Orangeville. Weeks 2-5 are Craving Change™ offered virtually over Zoom. At the end of week 1, you will receive a Craving Change™ Workbook free of charge.
