Event Details

Everyone experiences stress, and it is very common for stress to become intense enough to affect wellbeing.  In the Stress Reduction Workshop series, you will learn and practice a variety of simple and effective techniques for taking care of your stress.  You will leave the session with a better understanding of the warning signs of problematic stress, practical resources for improving your resilience to stress, and you may even feel more relaxed! Workshops are offered once a month in a series of 3 sessions with new techniques covered at each session.
You are welcome to join us for 1 session or the full series. 
The workshop is 1.5 hours, from 1:30-3:00 pm.
