CBT for Insomnia Program

CBT for Insomnia is a cognitive behavioural approach to insomnia. This workshop is geared towards people who have difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep or getting quality sleep. The program moderators provide techniques and tools to improve sleep patterns and change behaviours through sleep diaries, as well as through sleep hygiene and relaxation techniques.
