All of our doctors and health professionals at the following clinics are now on the same health record system:
- Dufferin Area Family Health Team – main office at One Elizabeth Street, lower level
- Fifth Avenue Medical Centre
- Grand Valley Medical Clinic
- Highlands Health Network
- Orangeville Family Medical Centre
- Shelburne Centre for Health
This means that wherever you receive care in our community – we will have your most up to date information.
Being on the same system will help us serve you better in the following ways:
- Your information will be available at all our after-hours clinics
- If you switch doctors and go to another doctor in our community your information is automatically available to your new doctor
