If you are an educational worker, health care worker or support staff who works in a hospital, long term care home, retirement home, group home or shelter, we want you to know that our community cares and truly recognizes the demands that you are, and have been facing. If you need emotional support, encouragement, or just someone to talk to about your well-being or your concerns, please email email@example.com and one of our community counsellors will contact you to set up an appointment.
As part of your healthcare team, the DAFHT remains committed to providing care to our patients at this time of unprecedented uncertainty. Our priority is to keep you, your family and our team of providers safe and healthy.
Your health is of the utmost importance to all of us here at the DAFHT. Currently, we are not meeting any patients in office, although we are offering appointments by telephone or video when and where possible. You will be contacted to make arrangements, or please call us to discuss options.
Be sure to contact your family physician, as you normally would, with concerns you have pertaining to your health. Do not come to the clinic before contacting their office and making arrangements to do so.
Please check our website regularly for updates, or visit us on Facebook.
