Stress Reduction Workshop

Everyone experiences stress, and it is very common for stress to become intense enough to affect wellbeing.  

In the Stress Reduction Workshop series, you will learn and practice a variety of simple and effective techniques for taking care of your stress.   You will leave the session with a better understanding of the warning signs of  stress, practical resources for improving your reaction to stress, and you may even feel more relaxed!

Workshops are offered once a month in a series of 3 sessions with new techniques covered at each session.  You are welcome to join us for 1 session or the full series.
