Being Present

Being Present is an eight session group that provides participants with the opportunity to experience a variety of meditation techniques.

To benefit from the program, participants are encouraged to meditate daily between group sessions.  We understand that it can be difficult to put aside 30 minutes a day for this activity.  However, many people find that the benefits of regular practice are worth it.

Information and materials will be provided to support meditation practice at home.   Also, a CD with a variety of guided meditations is available for purchase at $15.00, for those interested in this resource.

There is no cost for this program but parking costs $3.00.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing.
